Two identical cakes were made for the anniversary of this organization - 11" madeira filled with jam and buttercream and iced with ivory fondant. The motifs and lettering were worked in royal icing, burnished with edible gold. "Many thanks for such splendid cakes - everyone thought they were wonderful to look at and even better to taste!"
